Fuse's center of gravity is downtown Ridgway, one of the few communities in Colorado to be both a state-certified Creative District through the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade and a Graduate Main Street Community through the Colorado Department of Local Affairs.

Ridgway FUSE is oriented toward a horizon that thrives on innovation, blending the finest of what public and private sectors have to offer. In this manner, we are fusing-together the best of both worlds – invoking the stability of government support for a long-term vision, while channeling the free-spirited movement of Ridgway’s creatives to nurture and cultivate authentic place-based community development.

A team of enthusiastic resident volunteers working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Town's Community Initiatives Facilitator, the FUSE team provides energy and leadership simultaneously to the fused Ridgway Creative District and Ridgway Main Street programs within the Town of Ridgway's Community Development department.
