The Decker Community Room is a 2,000 square foot multi-purpose room on the ground floor of the Space to Create apartment building hosting public art exhibitions, meetings, events and performances. Located at 675 Clinton St, Ridgway, the space is managed by the Town of Ridgway in collaboration with the creative community.

Decker Room Art Exhibitions
Visual artists - 2D and 3D, fiber artists, ceramic artists, sculptors etc. Individual artists, groups of artists or curators may propose exhibitions at the Decker Room. Proposals are accepted on a rolling, first-come basis.

Community Room Rental Details
The Space to Create Community Room is a basic, modern-feeling, heated room. The floor is concrete, and there are large south facing windows and glass doors that open onto Clinton Street to the south.

- Non-profit organization, government agency, special district, or arts group Half Day: $40; Full Day: $65
- Private individual or group: Half Day: $65; Full Day: $115
- Commercial venture: Half Day: $115; Full Day: $215
- Half Day: 0-4 Hours. Full Day: 4-8 Hours.
Amenities Currently Available in the S2C Community Room:
- Wireless internet is available in the space.
- Professional projector, speakers, wireless microphone and BlueRay player. The system can connect to your device via HDMI (adapters for Mac, USBC available), DJ plate plug, or via Bluetooth.
- Folding tables and chairs: We have 100 folding chairs. Five 60" Round banquet tables and six 30"x72" rectangular tables.
- A small kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and bar height counter. There are approximately 15 coffee cups, glasses, wine glasses and plates, a coffee maker and an electric tea kettle.
- There are two wheelchair accessible, gender-neutral single-stall bathrooms in the common area.

- Looking for someone to cater your event? There are many fantastic local eateries in Ridgway.
Rental Fees:

Half Day: 0-4 Hours. Full Day: 4-8 Hours.
Refundable Damage Deposit: $300 or $500 if alcohol will be consumed during use of the space. The refundable damage deposit is paid by a separate check. We will keep the deposit check on hand and return it when the group is finished using the space as long as the space is left in the same condition as when it was rented.
